Healing Acne Naturally

Acne is an ongoing battle in many of our lives today. We read all about the struggles and how to help cure the incurable acne in the many forms it can take. If you are reading this then you may have a problem controlling your own acne. If you suffer as i do, and have tried absolutely everyhting on the market to help to no avail, then keep reading. I am a forty year old female who struggles daily with cystic acne. I have seen many doctors (dermetologists) and spent over 5000.00 in three years with no help on solving my cystic acne. I have had everyting done: chemical peels, micro dermabrasion, glycolic peels, including ongoing antibiotics. I have pictures of myself as I experimented with all natual remedies. I am not cured yet, but I am on my way. Since January 1st 2007 I have taken daily photos of my face, and recorded what I used natually or the vitamins that I take daily. I have done extensive research on acne, and on vitamins and all natual remedies. So far this method has been working! The secret is patience, and consistency. One remedy I use is washing my face with all natual soap called "Miracle". You can bathe in it, wash your hair in it, and it's all natual and biodegradeable. Then I boil a little pan of water and put lavender oil in it and drape a towel over my face and stand for five minuets every night. Then I use Witch hazel with lemon after the five minutes are over to close my pores. Seeing as it is the first of April this process has taken over three months, and finally I am seeing results. This truely amazes even me!
